SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Orders received prior to 12pm EST will be shipped same day. Any orders received after 12pm EST will be shipped the next business day. {holidays excluded}. We will contact you within 24 hours if the item you ordered is sold out or on backorder.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
The following rates apply to the continental United States only.
Please note: Orders will arrive 5-7 business days, following credit card authorization.
- USPS Ground - Standard Delivery: $8.00 on orders less than $100. FREE SHIPPING on orders $100 or more!
- USPS 2 Day Priority - Express Shipping: $20.00
- Federal Express Overnight: $30.00
Please note: We require 2 phone numbers if possible for all overnight shipments in case there is a problem with your order. We reserve the right to increase the cost for shipments over 5 lbs. You will be contacted with the additional shipping charges if this applies.
PAYMENT AND BILLING
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. We collect payment through PayPal. PayPal securely processes payments, without sharing your financial information with us. When you place your order, you will be redirected to complete your payment. Once your payment is completed, you will be returned back to our site and you will receive an order confirmation. You don't need a PayPal account to make your payment.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want to provide you with the sweetest service possible. Our same in-store return policy applies to purchases online. Items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 15 days of the date your order is placed. Simply notify us by email that you wish to return your package, and we will email you back a short return form. Please note that Sugar will not pay for return shipping, nor will the original shipping cost be reimbursed. However, if there was an error in order processing, and we send you the incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days and we will provide you with a return shipping label. We will also send you the correct item, or if you prefer, give you a full refund of the item’s price.
Also, if the item you received is damaged, you have 2 days to notify us for a full refund. You will then have 3 days to ship the item back to us and we will then credit your card. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank institution to post the credit. Also, we do not manufacture our own apparel; therefore we do not have a warranty on our items.
